Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
Shipping to PO Boxes & APO/FPO
- PO Boxes: Standard shipping only (no Express)
- APO/FPO military addresses: Standard shipping only, delivery may take 7-14 business days
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking number first
- Ask your neighbors or household members if they received it
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, email us at support@gethappytail.com and we'll help locate it
Shipping Restrictions
